Delivery of your package

We regularly get the question when the customer's package will be delivered.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on packages that are delivered outside the Netherlands.

You can track your package on the PostNL track and trace page.
For delivery abroad, you can click this option under your code when
your package has crossed our national border.

We are always willing to help you, but we cannot control carriers.
