At vanworx.eu your order will be delivered by PostNL. Outside the Netherlands, this will be transferred to one of the delivery partners. Do you order on working days before 3:00 PM? Then your package will be shipped the same day, provided the product is in stock.
In the Netherlands, your order will in most cases be delivered the next day. If you order from Belgium and Germany, you will usually receive your order within three to five working days.

Please note, the information about your package may be delayed by a few hours because it must first be included in PostNL's sorting process and scanned before you can track your package. PostNL will keep you informed of this status.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on packages that are delivered outside the Netherlands!!!

Returns

Unfortunately, it is possible that your order is not to your liking. We therefore offer you the opportunity to return your ordered products to us within 14 days in the original packaging.
The costs of this are at your own expense!
Only complete orders can be returned. We do not accept returns on shared orders.
You will not be refunded the shipping costs of your order in the event of a return.
