With the speed control you can blow the fan harder or softer.
The device has been developped adjust the rotation speed of a direct current motor (or the light capacity of an electric bulb), by means of the regulation of the voltage. The adjusting range is between 0 and 100 % of the rotation speed (or light capacity).
