The CA36 is a transparent sprayable contact adhesive in a 500 ml aerosol that is characterized by a high solids content and a high temperature resistance +120 degrees. The CA36 has a High Tack property and is resistant to water.
The adhesive can be processed under constant pressure without a compressor or other equipment and is ready to use. The glue can be applied evenly and quickly, due to a short evaporation time but at the same time also a long time due to a long open time.
The CA36 is suitable for bonding the following materials:
carpet, sub-floor, stair nosing, textile, felt, cork, foam, wood, plywood, chipboard, MDF, HPL, veneer, polyether
It is advisable to test the suitability of the material to be processed in advance.
The color of contact adhesive CA36 is transparent. The solid content is 44% (+/- 2%). The yield is approximately 15 m2 per kilogram. Absorbent / porous materials can affect yield. The evaporation time is 1-2 minutes and the open time maximum 60 minutes. CA36 is not flammable. The adhesive is temperature resistant + 120 ° C and moisture resistant after +/- 24 hours.
The shelf life is approx. 18 months.
